Olive House is a five-bedroom residential children’s care home situated in New Malden. The home has been meticulously designed to create a modern yet homely environment for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.
The bedrooms are all bright and spacious, and can be decorated according to each individual’s preferences. There is a very well appointed communal living room and dining area with comfortable home furnishings. There is a large garden where residents can go to relax, eat alfresco, and exercise using the various sporting equipment available. There is a games room accessible via the garden where residents can go to chill out, watch a film, and play games. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances.
All residents are supported and guided to use the amenities safely with regular cooking sessions. There is CCTV covering all external areas of the property, as well as a direct access fire alarm system to ensure the safety of all residents. There is also ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, and a fully equipped office with 24/7 staff on-site.

There are good transport links available including New Malden and Motspur Park which are both only 1 mile away, and offer convenient routes into central London.
There are a variety of parks and green spaces in the area including Motspur Park which was famously established as the Fulham FC Training Ground. There are also good local schools nearby including Kingston College and Richmond College.
