There are 5 spacious bedrooms which can be decorated to each individual’s preferences, and all young people can earn the privilege of having a TV in their room.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious communal lounge with a smart TV, Netflix access, and games.
There is a large garden with sporting equipment available for young people to exercise, and a separate decked area where they can go to relax and eat alfresco. The activity room is accessible via the garden, where young people can go to chill out and play pool.
There is ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the property, a fully equipped staff office, and a state-of-the-art CCTV system outside the property, as well as a direct access fire alarm system to ensure the safety of all residents.

There are many local parks and green spaces where young people can go for exercise and fresh air, such as Norbury Park and Grangewood Park.
