We believe that a fair day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay, and have pledged to always paying our staff above the minimum recommended London Living Wage. Silver Birch Care is very proud to be the first 16+ semi-independent provider in the UK to be formally accredited by The Living Wage Foundation.

London Youth

London Youth are a charity on a mission to improve the lives of young people in London. As a member, our young people benefit from high-quality programmes including sports, employability, arts, social action and youth action. Our staff can also access training workshops focussing on topics such as safeguarding and mental health.

Committed to Equality – Gold

We achieved C2E Accreditation following a thorough audit of our policies on equality, training, recruitment, and conditions of employment, as well as a series of interviews with our staff.
