Magnolia House is a four bedroom Ofsted registered residential children’s care home situated on a peaceful residential road in Greenford, which is in the London Borough of Ealing.
It is conveniently positioned close to local amenities, shops, and parks, and with good transport links including Greenford station which is less than a mile away.
The property has been completely refurbished to create a modern yet homely environment for children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.
There are four spacious bedrooms which can be decorated to the individual’s preferences.
There is a patio garden with sporting equipment available, a study area with a PC computer, a fully modernised kitchen, and a spacious communal dining area/lounge with a smart TV, Netflix access, games, and video gaming console. There is also ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the property.
There is a fully equipped staff office and state-of-the-art CCTV system in all external areas, as well as a direct access fire alarm system to ensure the safety of all our residents.

In May 2022 we were honoured that James Murray, MP for Ealing North and Cllr Dr Aysha Raza, Cabinet Member for Tackling Inequality both attended to officially open Magnolia House (as well as take a couple of selfies)!
