Deputy Manager
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You are to lead, motivate and manage staff and home resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for managing the budget, and meeting and exceeding the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
Head of Operations
As Head of Operations, you will take overall responsibility for the management and leadership of Silver Birch Care Limited’s supported living services across 4 regions, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will register as the Nominated Individual with Ofsted for all operational and new homes, lead Operations Managers to ensure high standards of service exceeding regulatory standards, and drive all Ofsted ratings toward “good” or “outstanding.” You will be responsible for managing budgets, maintaining high occupancy, overseeing placements and financial matters, and implementing effective employee management systems to meet and exceed key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
Registered Manager
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You are to lead, motivate and manage staff and home resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for managing the budget and ensuring the business remains viable, and to meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.
Residential Care Worker
As a Residential Care Worker, you will be part of a team supporting young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour aged between 8-18 years.
Team Leader
To join a team offering a comprehensive residential service for young people with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour aged between 10-18 years.
